Increasing Access to Parks for All People

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The benefits of parks, green space and natural areas are not realized by all people, and to reverse that we must place a priority on creating abundant access to nature for all children.  Parks provide essential spaces for community wellness and engagement in cities, and we will explore ways to build partnerships, programs and policies to ensure equity in those benefits.  Through roundtable discussions and action planning, we will discuss how park land and park programming work together in innovative ways to engage low-income communities and communities of color.
